Welcome to ChloeVA. By engaging my virtual assistant services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ChloeVA provides virtual assistant and administrative support services as agreed with each client.

The scope of work, deadlines, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Any tasks outside of the agreed scope may require additional discussion and a revised fee.

2. Payments

All invoices are issued by ChloeVA and are payable by bank transfer to my Tide business account (details provided on each invoice).

Payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 7 days past the due date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a service or project, please provide at least 14 days notice.

Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

If prepaid hours or packages are unused, refunds will only be issued at ChloeVA’s discretion.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared with ChloeVA will be treated as strictly confidential.

Sensitive business or personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to perform the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any logins, files, or systems provided are secure and accessible.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChloeVA will provide services with reasonable skill and care.

However, ChloeVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the services.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing all deliverables before use in their business.

7. Changes to Terms

ChloeVA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be available on this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
